These terms are an agreement between you and The Hideout (“we”, “us”). Please also read the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure, which form part of these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person. Use your own email and keep your details accurate.
• Keep your password private and turn on two-step login. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• Usernames must not impersonate the team, another member or anyone else, and must not be offensive.

• To qualify, your MEXC account must be registered with The Hideout's referral code mexc-HIDEOUT, or the code of a Hideout partner listed on the Inner Circle page (mexc-44dGi), and show a deposit or a balance of at least 100 USDT. Accounts registered without one of those codes do not qualify.
• Access lasts 30 days from approval and ends automatically. You can renew in the last 7 days by showing that your MEXC account still holds a balance.
• The team reviews every application and may approve it, ask for a change or decline it. The team may end Inner Circle access early if an application was false or misleading, or if these terms are broken.
• The Inner circle role on Discord is added and removed by the team to match your access on this website.
• The Hideout does not charge a fee for the Inner Circle. Your deposit stays in your own MEXC account; we never hold, manage or have access to your funds.
• Disclosure: The Hideout has an affiliate account with MEXC, and The Hideout may earn a referral commission from accounts registered with its code. This does not make any trade suitable for you.

Everything on this website, in the Inner Circle and in our channels (analysis, signals, sessions, courses and results) is general education. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it does not take your situation into account. Trading can lose you money, including more than you expect. We make no promise of profit or returns. Read the Risk Disclosure.

You must not:

• copy, share, resell or publish members-only or Inner Circle content outside the site;
• share your account or log-in with anyone;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful content;
• impersonate the team, ask members for money, passwords, codes or wallet access, or promote investment schemes, “account management” or guaranteed returns;
• post referral links, affiliate links or promotions that aren't ours;
• upload fake or edited screenshots or someone else's details; or
• attack, overload, scrape or probe the website or try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours.

Testimonies must be your own honest experience. Don't claim or promise profits or returns. A founder checks each one before it's shown and may decline or remove it.

Chat rewards. Every 2 weeks the most active members in the chat can win USDT, under the rules shown on the Rewards page. Spam, repeated or copy-paste messages, using more than one account, or other attempts to inflate your count can get messages removed and disqualify you from a round. Team accounts can't win. Rewards are sent to the MEXC UID you enter; check it carefully, as transfers can't be reversed. We may change or end the rewards for future rounds; winners of a finished round are still paid. The team will never ask you to pay anything to receive a reward.

Learn seasons. Each month is a season: videos, workshops and quizzes earn points as shown on the Learn page, and points reset when a new season starts. The top 3 members of a season win the prizes shown there. Points must come from your own watching and answers; using scripts, sharing answers, more than one account or anything else that games the count can remove your points and disqualify you. Team accounts can't win.

Bounties. A bounty pays the reward shown once a founder approves your claim. Send only your own, honest proof. A bounty can close when its spots are filled or its time ends. Fake or copied proof is rejected and can lead to your account being closed. Rewards are sent to the MEXC UID you enter; check it carefully.

The courses, analysis, videos, signals, text and branding on the site belong to The Hideout or its creators. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to view them for your own learning while your account is active. Nothing else is licensed to you.

MEXC, Discord, YouTube and other services we link to are run by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for them, including their availability, fees, security or your account with them.

You can ask us to close your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other members at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where it's safe to, we tell you why.

We work to keep the site available, accurate and secure, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, for decisions you make based on our content, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell you about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
