Scammers copy trading communities. This page is the one place that lists what is really ours.
1. Official Links
- Website: thehideouthq.app. This is the only website of The Hideout. Check the address bar before you log in.
- Facebook: facebook.com/HIDEOUTcoms
- Instagram: instagram.com/thehideout_hq
- Emails come only from no-reply@thehideouthq.app.
- The only real MEXC referral links are the ones on your Inner Circle page: The Hideout's (code mexc-HIDEOUT) and our listed partners' (mexc-44dGi). Ignore referral links sent to you by DM.
2. What the Team Will Never Do
- DM you first asking for money, a deposit, or a “fee” to join or to unlock anything.
- Ask for your password, two-step or backup codes, email reset links, wallet access, seed phrase or MEXC API keys.
- Offer to trade or manage your account for you, or promise fixed or guaranteed returns.
- Ask you to move to another app or website to “verify” your account.
If someone does any of this, they are not us, even if their name and picture look right.
3. Protect Your Account
- Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
- Turn on two-step login in Security.
- Turn on two-step verification for your email and MEXC accounts too.
4. Report an Impersonator
Send the profile link and screenshots to privacy@thehideouthq.app or to a moderator in our official Discord. Don't send money or reply with personal details.
